Gardaí issue separate appeals for two missing Cork men

Gardaí have issued separate appeals for two missing Cork men this evening.

Officers are looking to trace the whereabouts of 53-year-old Alan Donohue who has been missing from Cork City since Tuesday 3rd May 2016.

Alan was last seen on Henry Street, Cork City Centre on Tuesday morning at approximately 8.15am.

Alan is described as being 6' in height, of strong build with grey receding hair and brown eyes. When last seen Alan was wearing a tan coloured 3/4 length trench coat and dark blue jeans.

Gardaí are concerned for Alan’s welfare and anyone with information is asked to contact Anglesea Garda Station on 021 4522000,

Separately gardaí are also seeking the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of Douglas Twomey (48) who is missing from Passage West, County Cork.

Douglas was last seen in the early hours of Tuesday at his home in Passage West.

He is described as being 6’0 in height, of stocky build, with blue eyes and short grey/brown hair.

When last seen he was wearing a green polo shirt, blue jeans, blue hoody and blue sketchers shoes. Douglas maybe driving a Maroon coloured Hyundai Santa Fe Jeep Registration Number 04-C-6768.
