Commuter chaos as power fault halts DART services during rush hour traffic
Commuters travelling home on the DART this evening face delays after services were suspended earlier due to a line fault.
Services north of Connolly, on the Howth line, were halted following a power fault on an overhead line this evening.
Irish Rail first notified passengers of the fault shortly after 5pm, a peak time for commuters leaving the city.
The rail company restored power to the line at approximately 615pm.
