THE mother of a missing man has said her last words to her beloved son were "please come home".

Andrejs Maisaks (32), has been missing since Tuesday and his car was found in Kilcock, Co Kildare, on Thursday. The father of one was depres- sed before he went missing because he was made redundant last winter, his mother Maya told the Irish Independent yesterday.

His father died from a heart attack last year at the age of 51.

Maya said: "I'm so distressed. It's been over a week since he's been missing. He's such a good boy. I was talking with him on the Monday afternoon and he was in a depressed state because last winter he was made redundant and he's had no job."

Andrejs is described as being six feet in height, of slight build, with fair hair and green eyes.
