Man in critical condition after house fire
A man was rushed to hospital in a critical condition following a fire at a house in Crumlin in Dublin.
The blaze broke out at the man's home on Derry Drive in the south city suburb.
Dublin Fire Brigade emergency teams began resuscitation of the victim at the scene after removing the man from the burning house, and continued their efforts to keep the man alive as they transported him to hospital.
His condition was not known this morning.
