Man has ear 'sliced off' near Dublin Airport in row over debt

A MAN is understood to have had his ear 'sliced off' during a row over a drug debt on Tuesday afternoon.

Gardai have confirmed to the Sunday World that a complaint has been made to them regarding an incident in the vicinity of the Airport.

2Gardaí at Finglas are investigating alleged assault on a man in his early 30's which occurred at Harristown lane St Margarets at approx. 2.30pm on 27th Sept 2016," a garda spokesman said. 

"The man was discovered by emergency services with a visible injury to his ear, in the St Margarets area.

"Investigations are ongoing."
