Man (52) dies after collision with truck
A man (52) has died after a collision with a truck this evening in Co Dublin.
The collision occurred on Emmet Road, Inchicore, Dublin 8 at approximately 6pm.
A male pedestrian was treated by emergency services at the scene and taken by ambulance to St. James’s Hospital, Dublin where he was later pronounced dead.
The road is currently closed to traffic and local diversions are in place. Garda Forensic Collision Investigators have been requested to examine the scene. The Coroner has been notified of the death.
