Man (29) charged with attempted murder of 24-year-old man

A 29-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder after a man was seriously injured in north Belfast on Monday.

The 24-year-old was discovered at a flat in Ross House, Mount Vernon, Belfast, at around 11am on Monday, December 28.

The 29-year-old has also been charged with grievous bodily harm and two counts of threats to kill.

He is due to appear before Belfast Magistrates' Court on Monday January 4.
