Major commuter route N11 closed, man hospitalised following seven-car pile-up
A seven-car pile-up resulted in a man being hospitalised this morning.
Major commuter route N11 was closed for over two hours following the incident at approximately 6.45am this morning.

The collision occurred on the N11 Wexford to Dublin Road in the northbound carriage.
The incident was located shortly before Junction 12 at Newtownmountkennedy.
Gardaí confirmed to Independent.ie that a seven-car collision occurred this morning.
A spokesperson said one man, aged in his late forties, was cut from a car and taken to Vincent’s Hospital with non life threatening inquires.
Gardaí said that the road will reopen shortly.
Traffic was diverted at Junction 13 Newcastle for the duration of the closure.
AA Roadwatch is reporting the traffic to be "very slow" on approach.
Meanwhile, an earlier collision inbound on North Strand Road before Annesley Bridge has been cleared.
