Iarnrod Eireann: All services operating but delays in some areas because of freezing points. DART and commuter services running. Information at www.irishrail.ie. Luas: Most services running but power failure in south Dublin resulted in disruption to services. Check www.luas.ie. Bus Eireann: Disruption to services in the north-east and west. Problems with town and city services in Drogheda, Dundalk, Cork and Navan. Check www.buseireann.ie.
