The magazine is aimed at enthusiasts who have already been bitten by the running bug, and beginners, those who are ready to take their first steps into a brave new world. There are motivational tips to guide you along the way.
RUNNATION, offers readers a simple couch to 5k training plan, and invaluable tips on how to get started by Catherina McKiernan. There are also simple easy to follow 10k and marathon plans.
