Investigation launched after man dies in custody at Dublin Airport

AN investigation has been launched by the Garda Ombudsman after a man died in custody at Dublin Airport.

The man died in Terminal two yesterday afternoon.

It is understood the man, who was aged in his 20s, was detained after arriving on a flight into Dublin.

A Garda spokesperson confirmed the incident had been referred to the Garda Ombudsman for investigation.
