Heineken Cup boost for city's Irish pubs
In sporting terms, it's the final every Irish rugby supporter wanted, but this year's Heineken Cup decider between Leinster and Ulster could be a money spinner for Irish businesses in London too.
The two provinces meet at Twickenham on May 19 and as the stadium has a capacity of 82,000, Irish pubs and clubs across London are expecting an influx of customers.
One publican in west London told me "rugby supporters tend to be big drinkers, especially Irish rugby supporters".
He added: "Things were looking good already with the European Championship business and the Olympics but this is the icing on the cake.
"Over a weekend like that we could take in in excess of £40,000 (€49,000)."
