Greens deny premature reports of deal with FF
The Green Party has denied that it has already reached a deal on entering a coalition government with Fianna Fail.
Media reports claimed an agreement had been finalised this morning, but Green spokesman Dan Boyle said this lunchtime that there was still work to be done.
However, he did indicate that an agreement was highly likely.
The Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern, and Green Party leader Trevor Sargent are currently discussing final policy issues, while a separate team of negotiators is meeting to formulate the language of the deal.
