Gardai seize sleeping pills worth around €42,000 at house

Gardai have seized a quantity of Zopiclone tablets with an estimated value of €42,000 following a house raid.

The seizure of Zopiclone, which is marketed as a sleeping pill, occurred today shortly after 11 am following the planned search of a house off Rutland Street, Dublin 1.

No arrests were made during the search.

Gardai carried out the search as part of an ongoing operation into the illegal sale and supply of controlled drugs in the North inner city of Dublin Gardaí.
