'Forgery wouldn't really be their forte' - is this another contender for 'international forger of the year'?
Gardaí have discovered another contender for 'international forger of the year', with yet another driver who failed to disguise that their insurance was out of date.
A picture posted by the Gardaí on Twitter shows how the driver unsuccessfully changed the date from December 2016 to December 2017.
It didn't take a genius to recognise the terrible forgery at work. Gardaí on Twitter stated this morning that the driver in question was "all sixes and sevens".
"Forgery wouldn't really be their forte driver stopped in Ennis," the wrote.
The driver was stopped in Ennis, Co Clare and will soon face prosecution according to gardaí.
