Warren Roche advises on how to approach graphs and experiments in the Physics section, as well as sharing pointers on important areas including mechanics, heat, light and electricity.

Moving to the Chemistry section, Dr Martina Audley McDonagh gives an overview of how to tackle each type of question and highlights topics likely to come up including equilibrium and water.

The next issues in the Exam Brief series are Business & Finance coming out on 15 February and Other Subjects – which covers History, Geography and Home Economics – on 15 February. There will also be two Exam Brief issues for Junior Cert students, on 1 and 8 March.
