Students from the DCU Access Scholarship graduated today with a ceremony at the Drumcondra college campus.

Among the proud students graduating was RTE’s Zainab Boladale.

The former Independent.ie intern was pictured at the graduation alongside classmates Andrew Bryne, Hannah Kelly and Jamie Farrell.

DCU runs Ireland's larges Access programme and has supported more than 3,000 students from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds since it was established in 1990.

The current graduates urged DCU alumni to donate to support Access Scholarships during the DCU Access Telethon from November 6 - 25.
