Leaving Certificate candidate Bobbi Nic Eoin took the advice of the experts and got in some fresh air, along with some last-minute revision, before the start of the State exams tomorrow.

As well as sitting the exams, the 18-year-old from Ventry, Co Kerry, is taking on the task of being the Irish Independent exam diarist.

Bobbi is a pupil at Pobalscoil Chorcha Dhuibhne in Dingle and her first diary will appear in tomorrow's Irish Independent.

She said last night that the waiting was the worst part. "At this stage, I am looking forward to getting started."
