EVEN with a property crash, the Kellys' Killiney home carries a price tag of €2.2m. And in any market it's obvious why.

Killiney is famous for its rich and famous residents like Bono, the Edge and Enya.

Located off Church Road, the property is nestled away in an "exclusive gated development" consisting of five luxury family homes.

The 3,800 sq ft residence has five bedrooms.

A large living room, complete with white marble fireplace, piano and wooden floors, opens through to the kitchen-dining area and adjoining conservatory, which looks out on to the gardens.

In the hallway, the white tiled floor is met by a grand carpeted staircase which sweeps in a gentle curve to the stunning bedrooms, each decorated with wooden floors and large windows.

According to Myhome.ie, the property was built in 2004 by Castlepark Construction.

The house has a "distinctive" brick facade and it boasts spacious accommodation.

And on top of all that, the property's manicured gardens have scooped awards.

The house is bound to attract considerable attention -- but whether many buyers can afford the price tag is another question.
