Dustin's exit enrages Eurovision star Logan
DESPITE all the hype, he failed to secure enough points to continue with his ill-fated Eurovision attempt.
But Dustin the turkey enjoyed somewhat more success yesterday when doing what he does best: starting a row.
A war of words erupted as the inquest into Ireland's latest Eurovision disaster hit the airwaves.
Eurovision legend Johnny Logan didn't see the funny side of the turkey's attempt and said he was embarrassed and shamed by the Irish entry in Serbia.
Yet, he did not rule out making a return to the event that made him famous -- but only if RTE "sorted themselves out"
In full attack mode, the white suit-wearing crooner slated RTE bosses, demanding heads roll.
Putting Ireland's failure firmly at the Montrose front-door he said: "Somebody in RTE should be looking out for their jobs."
However, Bono took the brunt of the turkey's anger, when he laid the blame for crashing out of the Eurovision on the U2 frontman for not publicly backing his song. " The buck stops with Bono," he said.
