Dublin Fire Brigade battle blaze at school

Firefighters in breathing apparatus tackled a blaze at a school in Dublin this evening.

The fire broke out at a national school on Kilcarrig Avenue.

Four units of Dublin Fire Brigade, from Tallaght and Dolphin's Barn stations, have attended the blaze.

A ladder unit and a district officer also attended the scene.

A short time after 7pm the blaze was brought under control.
