A 26-year-old man appeared in court this morning in connection to a car crash in May which killed a passenger and seriously injured the other two occupants.
The incident occurred when the car collided with a pole at Fairview with the junction of Malahide Road in Dublin on the morning of May 29 of this year.
A female passenger in her twenties was taken to the Mater Hospital where she was later pronounced dead.
A male passenger (20) was taken to St James Hospital where his condition was described as stable and the driver of the car (26) was taken to Beaumont Hospital where he was described as critical.
The arrested appeared before the Courts of Criminal Justice this morning.
