Husband charged with murder of Joanne Lee further remanded in custody
A man charged with the murder of his wife Joanne Lee, whose body was discovered in a house in Dublin last month, has been further remanded in custody.
Keith Lee, 42, was wheeled into Dublin District Court on Sunday morning accused of the murder of his estranged wife Joanne.
Mr Lee, whose address was given as no fixed abode, faced his second hearing when he appeared at Cloverhill District Court on Wednesday. Judge Victor Blake further remanded him in custody to appear again on April 18 next.
At his first hearing on Sunday, an order was made that he was to receive any medical attention he required. Bail in murder cases can only be granted in the High Court.
A book of evidence has yet to be served on him.
Mr Lee had been arrested on March 16 having been previously hospitalised with serious injuries following the discovery of Joanne Lee's body in a house at Ranelagh Road, Dublin 6 on Feb. 15 last.
