A child abuse survivor has said that she is "disappointed" that a sex offender who abused her over 100 times when she was aged between four and eight has not been sent to prison.

Father-of-two Kenneth Tracey (48), of Oak Drive, Blessington, has been handed a four-year suspended jail sentence at Wicklow Circuit Court after he pleaded guilty to seven sample charges of indecent assault against Pamela McLoughlin (37).
