A RACEHORSE at the centre of a High Court ownership dispute has been withdrawn from auction, a judge has been told.
The case over the horse, worth an estimated €400,000, was adjourned by Mr Justice Paul Gilligan until today. Three people sought an injunction to prevent sale of the horse, claiming they own a 20pc stake in it.
Michael O'Reilly, his brother Martin and Martin's partner Claudia Reiss, claim part ownership of the horse, Tashzara, whose brother Excelebration was one of the top milers in Europe this year.
In proceedings against Edward Logan Jnr and his wife Edel Logan, they sought an injunction preventing the mare being offered for sale at Goffs this week and Tattersalls in England next month.
