Choir to sing Irish carols

Carols by three Irish composers, Marjorie Fitzpatrick, Mary McAuliffe and Tom Sheridan, will be in the repertoire to be sung by the Dublin County Choir in their annual Christmas shows in the National Concert Hall on Sunday at 3pm and 8pm.

Well known soprano Niamh Murray will host the concert to include the Billie Barry Kids and members of the Royal Irish Academy of Music Wind ensemble.

Colin Block will conduct, along with Celine Kelly and John Dexter as accompanists.
