Newlyweds Cat Deely and Patrick Kielty seemed to be very much in love as they watched the tennis ATP World Tour Finals in London yesterday.
The pair watched Serbia's Novak Djokovic play Argentina's Juan Martin Del Potro from the comfort of the Moet & Chandon hospitality tent, where they were joined by the singer, Will Young.
TV presenter Cat took to her Twitter page to post a picture of herself and her new husband, as well as another one of Patrick playing table tennis.
She tweeted: “Things are getting competitive .... And I don't mean the tennis!!! @moet_uk @PatricKielty having a lovely time!!!!
“Oooohhhh that was exciting! Can't wait for tomorrow..... The Finals!”
The couple got married in Rome in September following an 11 month romance.
The So You Think You Can Dance host revealed last week how her friendship with the Irish comedian had turned to love after a 20-year friendship.
“I know that I definitely wasn't ready for Patrick until now – nor he me,” she said.
“And we have had to get to a spot where we were and we have. And knowing each other for 20 years is brilliant.
“That feels like good foundations for the future
“We'd always been friends and we'd always stayed friends, friends with chemistry.”
But despite having chemistry both on and off screen, Cat says she was still surprised when their relationship turned out to be more than just platonic.
“We'd worked together for years but for one reason or another it never happened. We never thought we'd end up together.”
Fans were both delighted and shocked when the pair announced they were a couple in May this year.
The couple kept their wedding and honeymoon in Venice secret.
