Burnt-out car found as gardai probe detective's murder
GARDAI investigating the murder of their colleague have been made aware of the discovery of a burnt-out car in Northern Ireland.
The destroyed car, believed to have been a VW Passat, was found at Darkley near Keady, Co Armagh.
Officers searching for Detective Garda Donohue’s killers were made aware of the discovery of the suspect vehicle at around 4pm today.
A PSNI spokesperson confirmed they had officers at the scene where the car was discovered and a forensic examination is being carried out.
