The body of a man has been found in a stream in a popular north Dublin park this morning.

The man in his 50s was discovered at around 8am this morning by a passer-by in St Anne's Park in Raheny.

The stream area - close to the park's well-known duck pond - was sealed off for investigation.

Gardai believe that the man's death is accidental and are not treating the death as suspicious at this stage.
