Bernard Phelan: Family speak of relief as Irishman held for months in Iran prison is on the way home
Tánaiste Micheál Martin has confirmed the Mr Phelan has been released.
Bernard Phelan has been detained in Iran since October last year.

The family of Irishman Bernard Phelan have spoken of their huge relief after he was released from an Iranian prison where he had been detained since last October.
