THE FAMILY of Berkeley survivor Clodagh Cogley have thanked people online for their support as she recovers from life changing injuries.

A Facebook page set up for the brave 21 year old student called the 'Clodagh Cogley Fund' posted pictures of the student recovering this week.

One of the pictures show a black Labrador lying beside Clodagh on a bed while the other shows her smiling as she sits up on a chair.

Ms Cogley suffered two collapsed lungs, a broken shoulder, a broken knee, five broken ribs and also broke her spinal cord in the Berkeley balcony tragedy.

She told her Facebook friends in a heartbreaking post last week that she may never walk again.

The brave student has already received the support of hundreds of friends and well wishers as a GofundMe page has already raised more than €11,000 for her treatment.
