Baby octopus is onto a winner
First there was Paul the psychic octopus who predicted winners throughout the World Cup - now Bray's Sea Life is hoping to replicate his success with a baby octopus.
The female octopus vulgaris is now attending 'octopus university', which the public will be able to witness this weekend.
Staff will try to teach her a range of skills and hope her "particularly outgoing personality", will help her to predict some results.
"We will be building trust by using food and finding her favourite toys. We'll then go onto the harder stuff of squeezing through small holes to get a reward and traversing custom-made mazes," said Matthew Bolland of Sea Life.
Sea Life Bray is hosting a competition to name the baby octopus with an annual pass for the winner.
