Another post-mortem on body of slain Pole
A SECOND post-mortem is to be carried out today on the body of a Polish man who died after being assaulted while on his way to work 10 days ago.
An independent pathologist has been brought in from the UK to carry out the post- mortem at the request of lawyers acting for a man charged with assault on the 27-year-old, Lukasz Rzesutko.
He was attacked after 4am on October 2 as he walked to work at the Kish Fish processing plant in Newtown industrial estate in Coolock.
After the post-mortem has been completed, the coroner will decide if the body can be handed over to the man's family.
He will then be returned home for burial in Jedzbark in the north east of Poland.
