Aldi stores recall batch of Irish tuna steaks due to 'health risk'
ALDI has recalled a batch of tuna steaks due to the detection of "high levels of histamine".
Customers who purchased Skellig Bay tuna steaks are being advised not to eat the product as they pose a "possible health risk".
The use by dates affected include 05/04/17, 13/04/17, 14/04/17, 15/04/17 and 17/04/17.
Refunds will be provided to customers who return the product to their nearest store.
In a statement posted on their website, Aldi said: "If you have bought the above product, please do not eat it.
"We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your coopeartion."
