The name's Waterhouse, Suki Waterhouse. And that's not about to change, according to the British model and actress.

The name's Waterhouse, Suki Waterhouse. And that's not about to change, according to the British model and actress.

Rising star Suki, who's dating Bradley Cooper, has revealed how she'd love to be the next Bond girl: “I'd like to play a bad-ass girl. Maybe a Bond girl, or anything like that.”

But, speaking to the Irish Independent, the 22 year-old quashed rumours that she's set to change her name in a bid to crack Hollywood.

“Did you read that in the paper?” laughs Suki, whose real name is Alice, but who goes by her pet name. “That's all b******s.

“Growing up, I've always been ‘Suki', so I'm not going to suddenly start calling myself Alice.”

‘It’ girl Suki gets her big break in the movie version of Cecelia Ahern's Love Rosie, which was shot in Dublin, alongside Lily Collins this year.

“I had an amazing time here,” she recalls. “I was staying in The Shelbourne hotel and really enjoyed myself. I didn't do the Guinness tour, but we went to [nightclub] Lillie's Bordello quite a bit and had a lot of fun!

“It's my first proper feature film,” adds Suki, previously seen in British thriller Pusher. “It's given me a real itch to do more.

“Being on set, I just loved it, it's like being in a big circus. Cecelia came to the set and said hello. She gave me a copy of the book, so I dipped in, and it's lovely.

“I play Bethany in the movie,” she tells. “She's the love rival. She's kind of like the bi-atch who gets in between the two lovers. It was actually quite difficult, not easy, but I preferred doing that to start off.

“It's easier to be an obnoxious bitch [than] having to cry and stuff!”

Off camera, however, Suki's beau Bradley only has eyes for her, gushing recently: “She's wonderful, the one for me. It feels great.”

The loved-up pair met last year at the Elle Style Awards in London.

And they recently stepped out together at the Oscars, where Bradley was nominated for Best Supporting Actor.

But it seems the starlet has no plans to move Stateside to be with her famous other half.

“I still live in London,” says Suki, whose dad Norman Waterhouse is one of the UK's top plastic surgeons.

In-demand Suki has modelled for Burberry, UGG Australia and Pepe Jeans, and she's currently gracing the covers of Elle Japan, Grazia France and Vogue Korea.

But the fashionista promised to turn the red carpet green soon too: “Simone Rocha is my favourite designer. I'm literally obsessed with her stuff. I can't wait to wear some of it.”

Despite wowing in Marchesa at the Academy Awards though, Suki reveals she won't be making an effort for the paparazzi: “I'm not going to dress up to go through an airport.

“I like being as comfy as I can be, and when I'm on a plane, I don't care.

“When you start acting, you think, ‘Oh, I'm doing this now, I'm going to suddenly change',” she adds.

“It's like, no, you don't. I thought I'd work out everyday for the film; I obviously didn't.

“Putting pressure on yourself like that doesn't work,” reckons Suki. “I don't feel different, so I'm not going to change anything.

“I'm just open to all these experiences — 2014 is an open book.”
