Election posters for candidates remain up despite deadline passing
This morning parts of Dublin city were lucky enough to still have the presence of election posters - even though the midnight deadline for their removal had passed.
Any party or candidate who fails to take down their election materials by midnight could be fined €150 per poster.
Local authorities around the country are responsible for issuing these fines.
Candidates and their teams had better make the most of today's sunshine - and remove their offending posters.
