Drugs worth more than €2m seized at Rosslare port

Gardai have seized a massive consignment of drugs – believed to be cocaine – in an operation at Rosslare ferry port.

The drugs, estimated to have a street value of over €2m, were found following a search of a vehicle, believed to have come from France, at around 4pm on Thursday afternoon, gardaí told Independent.ie.

A man arrested at the scene was being questioned at Wexford Garda Station on Thursday night.
