She's no longer a GWAG, but as golf's most glittering event takes place across the pond this weekend, Elin Nordegren won't be moping about in her PJs either.
It's been five years since the ex-Mrs Tiger Woods hit headlines for all the wrong reasons. It had emerged that her husband allegedly had up to 11 mistresses but, today, the former swimwear model says she couldn't be happier.
"I have moved on and I am in a good place," Elin (34) told People magazine. "I feel like I'm in a great spot."
Since her divorce was finalised in 2010, the glamorous Swede has had her head in the books, recently completing her psychology degree at Rollins College in Florida.
"It's almost embarrassing to say it took nine years, but I'm proud of it," she says. "And I don't regret a thing."
Meanwhile, mother-of-two Elin is back on the market after reportedly splitting from her billionaire boyfriend of one year, Chris Cline, a 56-year-old coal tycoon, last month. Nonetheless, Nordegren insists she's happy her ex-husband has found love with Olympic skier Lindsay Vonn: "I'm happy for Tiger. Our relationship is centered around our children and we are doing really good, we really are."
