X FACTOR contestant Christopher Maloney was called in for a meeting with show producers yesterday over his rude behaviour backstage.

The Liverpool native, who grabbed attention during his first audition for his over the top nerves, was seen ‘barking’ at a researcher backstage, according to The Sun.

It has also been reported that the former Cruise ship singer has become an outsider with the rest of the contestants, as they think his nerves are fake.

A source told the paper: “Christopher is not making many friends. He was out of line with the researcher and he’s been warned by top brass that he needs to wind in his neck or he’ll get the shove”.

It was reported yesterday that leaked results of last weekend’s vote showed that Maloney was winning the public vote.

The X Factor third live show is broadcast tomorrow on TV3.
