Mr Sloane

Sky Atlantic, 9pm

Nick Frost and Olivia Wilde head the cast of this new comic drama set in 1969 and following the fortunes of Mr. Sloane, a buttoned-down Watford man whose rotten luck seems about to change when he meets a woman in a hardware store.

Nat King Cole: Afraid of the Dark

BBC4, 9pm

In the 1950s, jazz singer Nat King Cole (right) became the only black star on American TV. This intimate documentary reveals the stresses behind Cole's suave image, and his resentment about being marketed for white audiences.

Alan Carr: Chatty Man

Ahead of Monty Python's eagerly awaited reunion for a one-night appearance at London's 02 Arena in July, John Cleese joins Alan Carr (right). Plus, Ellie Goulding discusses her new album and performs her latest single.

Da Vinci's Demons

As the fantasy loosely based on Da Vinci's early life continues, Florence is in chaos in the wake of the Piazzi conspiracy, and while the Medicis deal ruthlessly with this new threat, Leonardo is still searching for the truth about his mother. Tom Riley (right) stars.
