Despite her spartan and sinister welcoming committee, Ronnie trots back to Walford and hammers on Jack's door – after rejecting him repeatedly. Elsewhere, He Of The Quivering Lips realises Shirley knows his secret.

coronation street The 'will-it-or-won't-it-happen?' wedding takes place on Friday, leaving Karl with a week to unravel. First, the police question him about Craig going for a hop, then Jason and Dev menace him over his departure during the Full Monty act.

Owen has some bad news regarding Audrey's damp patch, while Sally reaches new depths of desperation regarding Tim.

Meanwhile, Hayley decides to grab life by the 'orns, invariably starting with finding her long- lost son.

Emmerdale There's only one thing worse than the image of Jimmy and Nicola engaged in an amorous clinch, and that's the prospect of Steve and Nicola giving it socks in the same capacity. Thankfully, while she is tempted, Nicola tells Steve – yet again – that she can't 'ave it away with him.

Moira turfs Cain out over his involvement in Adam's absconsion, so the latter busies himself with old flame Charity. Brenda is this week's soap character to 'make a shocking discovery'.

Fair city Carrigstown's 'Culchie Casanova', Luke, fights dirty by implicating Judith in Tommy's accident. Paddy utilises Charlotte to drive Decco and Iguana Features apart, while Cass finds himself a steady source of cake.

Damian finds himself in frisky form, and therefore considers having a fumble with Caoimhe. Lastly, Leo turns to desperate measures when he realises Shannon's never coming home.
