The Soapbox: Secrets and Spoilers

Sheena McGinley

RETURN OF THE MAX, ORLA AND WAYNE GET RUMBLED AND ROY BATTLES WITH HIMSELFEMMERDALE Now that Joanie's got a restraining order against her, Amy absconds with Kyle aided by baby Jack's passport and Rodney's passion for necklaces. And just when Andy asks her to move in, 'n all. Shame. Young Amelia finds God in a bid to make some cash and enters herself into a Little Miss Yorkshire pageant. Laurel is charged with assault, which means she could be banged up for three years, David's not sure whether Priya's had the termination and Sandy feels bad for Ashley – so he buys him a convertible.

EastEnders Max's trial is upon us, and star witness Ian Beale goes for a hop, leaving his family fierce worried. None of that seems to matter however as, come Thursday's episode, Max is back on the square trying to worm his way into his gels' good books, while plotting with Phil on how to wreak revenge on Carl. Now that he's got his son's kidney, Sam's had enough of his suffocating family and toys with the idea of leaving Dexter and Ava again.

Coronation Street Looks like we're being force fed more Grace this week given she sets a challenge for Simon, which no doubt results in Leanne accusing Peter of neglecting his son. At least Barlow's banter across the Rovers bar with Tina comes in handy as she turns out to be the answer to his prayers. Roy battles with himself as he attempts to lie to Hayley.

Fair City Wayne and Orla enjoy some 'alone time,' which is ironic given Maeve's watching them. Cajoled by Caoimhe's perma-snarl, it's not long before Maeve's plotting her revenge, resulting in quite the public humiliation for Orla. In case you're wondering why Caoimhe's involved herself, she found out that her daddy and Orla enjoyed some jiggery pokery during Luke's funeral. Callum awaits the arrival of his mother, Damien begs Ama to take him back, and Decco picks up Paddy's ashes.

Ros na Run John Joe stares temptation in the face, Gaudi's gets itself a buyer and will David and Alanna hook up?
