So enraged is he by Haley's scheduling of everything, especially her death, that he announces he's boycotting the funeral as his wife's cardboard coffin arrives on the cobbles. Emmerdale There's no love lost between Cain and Charity when he engages her in some fairly ferocious watersports in a bid to extract a confession regarding Sam. In short, he tries to drown her in a sink.

Sam, meanwhile, is still under the illusion he's running away with Rachel despite her failure to get in contact. Elsewhere, Jacob seems to have saved a fortune on crisps given David has them on tap – the youngling reckons he's got enough money to give Layla to move in with Katie; Pollard sees Val emerge from Ian's car and Bernice is stuck with the wrong sausage.

EastEnders Shirley gets in a sticky situation when she has to face demons from her past to help her faaaamily. Then the whole faaamily are thrown when yet another member of the faaaamily turns up out of the blue.

Poppy makes a large decision on Dot's behalf, Masood continues on his downward spiral and David finds himself the focus of someone's attentions. But will he be tempted?

Fair City Wayne declares his love for Orla, which isn't exactly news. Dan tries to make peace with Yvonne and Niamh's suspicions about Jane's health are raised.

Ros na Run They're all at it in the village. Will Vince be found in a compromising position when John Joe turns up in a paranoid rage and is Fiach cheating on Mo?
