X FACTOR boyband Triple J, who viewers saw eliminated last night after a last minute sing off with GMD3, will return to Judges’ houses after the shock elimination of band Rough copy.

The judges were unable to choose between two boy bands – Triple J and GMD3 and forced them into a sing off at the last minute, deciding to select GMD3 for judges’ houses.

However band ‘Rough copy’ were eliminated from the competition by producers, after one of the band’s members had problems getting a visa for the US.

Louis Walsh is hosting his judge’s houses segment in Las Vegas with former judge Sharon Osbourne.

Triple J have since added a new member, axed solo singer George Shelley, and have changed their name to Union J.

Another axed band, Times Red, will also return to the show – producers decided opted to give Louis an additional choice after the sudden elimination of one of the favourites.

It is not the first time Louis Walsh has had problems at this phase of the competition – last year one of his categories front runners, over the top performer Goldie Cheung, decided to leave the competition at Louis’ house.
