Whistling Jake Stevens' conquest of America has not exactly been a resounding success. He's been laughed at in Los Angeles, ostracised in Nashville and given the cold shoulder in San Francisco. In this the last episode, he arrives in New York and the last-chance saloon.

In desperation, he even turns to God in a bid to turn his life around, before getting an audition with the man who discovered Woody Allen. The problem is, apart from whistling, what exactly can Mr Stevens do?
