Caroline Downey wouldn't say no to another 'Celebrity Apprentice'
SHE donated €55,000 of her own money, but Caroline Downey said she would be willing to participate in another series of 'Celebrity Apprentice'.
The MCD promoter told the Irish Independent that while she does not intend to make a habit out of appearing on television, she would not say no to a second season of the TV3 programme, due to its charitable element.
"I wouldn't even do the regular 'Apprentice' but I wouldn't rule out another celebrity version because of all the organisations it benefits," she said.
"It definitely doesn't get any easier watching yourself week on week though, I can understand now why Louis Walsh doesn't watch himself back on 'The X Factor' or Jonathan Rhys Meyers never sees his own movies.
"It's like childbirth, it's fun to look back on, but at the time it's a different story."
Downey said that she never anticipated Edele Lynch would go on to win 'Celebrity Apprentice' prior to filming the production last summer, but said she ended up being the "ultimate team player".
"Amanda (Brunker) and Edele were obviously the two team leaders in the final and Amanda is very much a solo worker, she's controlling like I am when it comes to events.
"But Edele has a fantastic team ethic."
While she did not win, Downey said she would happily give model Daniella Moyles a job.
"She just gets our industry and really thinks outside the box."
