Britain’s Got Talent sandwich making brothers revealed to be professional singers
SINGING Welsh brother who auditioned for Britain’s Got Talent claiming to be sandwich makers have been revealed as professional singers.
Viewers saw Richard and Adam Johnson stun the judges on Saturdays show – charming the audience with their story of how they make sandwiches for a living.
However it has been revealed that the duo have spent the last year touring the UK performing – and even did a stint on a cruise ship.
They also released an album which was plugged on ITV show Loose Women by Ricky Tomlinson.
Their parents own two Subway outlets, however their mother has admitted that the two only occasionally ‘help out’ when they need extra money.
It is not known whether producers of the hit talent show were aware of the singers’ past when they auditioned.
During last year’s series of the X Factor contestant Christopher Maloney came under fire for claiming he had no experience singing – despite spending years performing on a cruise ship.
