LIVE UEFA EUROPA LEAGUE - 3e, 7.30pm

Andre Villas-Boas’  Spurs side kick off their campaign in this season’s Europa League with a Group K encounter with Norwegian side Tromso at White Hart Lane. The game kicks off in London at 7.45pm.

THE WONDER OF DOGS - BBC2, 8.00pm

In this new three-parts series Kate Humble, Steve Leonard (right) and a team of experts investigate the origins of man’s best friend and find out how one species can appear in different shapes and sizes. This week they head to Scotland.
