She was single-handedly responsible for raising half a million euro for the Irish Cancer Society after bravely shaving off her hair on the Late Late Show.
After that high profile venture last year, she went into treatment for breast cancer.
The battle was waged successfully – but Majella continues her fundraising with singer husband Daniel O’Donnell by her side.
Looking radiant and refreshed as she stands beside her husband, Majella’s hair is growing back and the blue fitted dress does her wonders.
Last month, Daniel told of how his wife was due to fly back home in February for her planned double mastectomy.
Ahead of the surgery, she was resting at their home in Tenerife.
Majella has opted for a mastectomy in a bid to prevent the cancer returning.
Today, the happy couple helped launch the society’s ‘We Won’t Give Up Until Cancer Does’.
