WATCH: Baby kangaroo jumps into police officer's shirt in Western Australia
Western Australia’s Cue police station has revealed that the name of an orphaned joey is none other than Cuejo.
The four-month-old kangaroo is seen in this video with Constable Scott Mason, whose shirt Cuejo jumped into – perhaps to enjoy the makeshift pouch.
Cuejo, who was rescued after its mother was killed by a truck, is later seen hopping alongside the officer at the station.
Mason, who adopted the roo, told news outlets that he would have busy days ahead of him – as his wife recently gave birth to their first child.
